Dumping - Expiry review

By Resolutions 488/2020, 489/2020 and 490/2020, the Ministry of Productive Development opened three expiry review processes of antidumping measures that were imposed for a period of five years by Resolutions 946/2015, 987/2015 and 1011/2015 of the former Ministry of Economy and Public Finances; respectively, for exports into Argentina of: i) new rubber pneumatic tyres of a kind used on bicycles originating from China, Thailand and Indonesia, ii) electrical connection terminals originating from China and Germany, and iii) pumps for cooling liquid or water for spark ignition or compression engines originating from China.

Until the review processes are concluded, the measures imposed by the former Ministry of Economy and Public Finances will remain in force. Interested parties who prove their interest will be able to download the questionnaires on the website of the National Foreign Trade Commission (Comisión Nacional de Comercio Exterior), in order to participate in these investigations and access the filing.
