Máximo José Bomchil

Máximo José Bomchil is partner of the Financial Services and Capital Markets deparment. He joined the firm in 2006. 

He graduated as a lawyer from Universidad de Buenos Aires in 2007. He obtained an LLM degree in Banking, Corporate and Finance Law in Fordham University (New York). 

His practice focuses on corporate conflicts and mergers and acquisitions. He has also participated in financing operations. He advises national and foreign clients in corporate, contractual, regulatory and consumer defense matters.

During 2011, he was international associate at the New York offices of Chadbourne & Parke LLP.

He is the author of several publications on commercial law issues.
