Martín Torres Girotti

Martín Torres Girotti holds a Law degree and a Notary Public degree from Universidad Católica de La Plata (1998 and 199) and a Masters in Finance from Universidad del CEMA (2003).

Since he joined the firm in 2004 he has developed an intense activity in the Litigation department.

His practice focuses on complex civil and commercial disputes, both litigation and arbitration, in connection with contractual, financial, corporate and insurance matters, class actions and end product liability, among other issues. He also advises and represents national and foreign clients in reorganizations and insolvency, and in out-of-court debt restructuring proceedings.

He is a professor of Reorganizations and Insolvency at the School of Law of Universidad de Buenos Aires and Professor of the post-graduate program at Universidad Católica Argentina.

As a specialist in his practice area, he has been acknowledged on numerous occasions by Chambers Latin America.
