Florencia Pagani is partner at
Bomchil, specialist in compliance matters and co-head of the Compliance and
Corporate areas of the firm.
Florencia has advised national and international companies in compliance matters and in the development and implementation of integrity programs.
Florencia has also defended clients against decisions issued by the Supervisory Board of Companies, and summary proceedings filed by the Securities Exchange Commission both before these bodies and before the Commercial Federal Appeals Court. She has handled important mergers and acquisitions in the fields of liquid petroleum gas, pharmaceuticals, supermarkets, foodstuffs, farming, real estate and fisheries, among others.
She is a lawyer graduated from the School of Law and Social Sciences of the University of Buenos Aires.
She holds a Master's Degree in Business Law from Universidad Austral.
She has completed a diploma course on Compliance at Universidad Austral and has obtained the International Certification in Ethics and Compliance from Universidad del CEMA and the International Federation of Compliance Associations.
She is a professor in the Master's
Degree in Business Law and coordinator and professor in the Current Corporate
